Once your order ships, tracking your package is easy! You can monitor your delivery status from our warehouse to your doorstep.
How to Track Your Order
Method 1: Your Account Dashboard
- Log into your Pawsome & Co. account
- Click "Orders"
- Select the order you want to track
- Click "View Tracking" for real-time updates
Method 2: Email
- You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships
- Click the tracking link in the email to view real-time status
Method 3: Carrier Website
You can also track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Simply enter your tracking number.

Typical Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: Next business day after processing
What if My Package is Delayed?
- Check your tracking information first
- Wait 24 hours after estimated delivery date

- Include your order number and tracking number
Lost or Damaged Package
- Contact us immediately at support@pawsomekah.store
- Provide photos of damage (if applicable)
- Include order number and tracking number
- We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue
Can't Find Your Tracking Number?
Check your order confirmation email, your account dashboard under "Orders", or promotional emails (check spam folder).
