  2. Obtain a return authorization
  3. Ship item to our address with return label
  4. We'll process refunds within 5-10 business days

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items purchased beyond 30 days

6. PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Limited Warranty:

Pet Safety:

  • You grant Pawsome & Co. a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content
  • You represent that you own the content and have the right to grant this license

  • Each party bears its own costs, except as provided by law
  • Class action waivers apply

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pawsome & Co. and supersede all prior understandings.
