- $5.95 on orders under $50

Expedited Shipping
- 2-3 business days after order processing
- $12.95 per order
- Great for urgent pet needs
- Guaranteed faster delivery
Express Shipping (Overnight)
- 1 business day after order processing
- $19.95 per order
- Order by 2 PM EST for next-day delivery
- Limited to select areas

PROCESSING TIME
- All orders processed within 1-2 business days
- Processing occurs Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
- Weekend/holiday orders processed next business day
- Processing time does NOT include shipping time
Example Timeline:
- Monday order → Processed Wednesday → Ships Thursday
- Friday order → Processed Monday → Ships Tuesday
- Total delivery time includes both processing + shipping

Not Accepted:

Tracking Information:
- Sent via email once order ships
- Includes carrier and tracking number
- Real-time updates available
- Can also view in your account

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Weight Restrictions:
- Single item limit: 150 lbs
- Total order limit: 300 lbs
- Overweight orders may require special handling
Product Restrictions:
- Some items have shipping limitations
- Lithium batteries restricted (specific products)
- Hazardous items follow USDA/DOT regulations
- Live animals not shipped
Geographic Restrictions:
- We ship to all 50 states
- Some rural areas may have limited delivery
- Hawaii/Alaska may have longer delivery times

Orders placed on holidays process the next business day.
Weather & Force Majeure:
- Severe weather may cause delays
- Natural disasters may impact shipping
- We notify you of delays immediately
- Refunds/credits offered if significant delays
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
You'll receive:
- Email notification when package delivered
- Signature confirmation (for high-value items)
- Photo confirmation (optional carrier service)
- Delivery address confirmation
INSURANCE & LIABILITY
What's Covered:
- Package loss (carrier liability)
- Damaged items (we work with carrier)
- Incomplete deliveries
What's Not Covered:
- Items left in unsecured locations
- Theft after delivery
- Addressee non-receipt
- Misrouted packages (customer error)
We work with carriers on all legitimate claims.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your package is undeliverable:
- Carrier attempts delivery
- Item returned to us
- We contact you within 3 business days
- You choose: reshipping, refund, or hold
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive:
Immediately:
- Contact support@pawsomeandco.com
- Provide order number & tracking number
- Include photos (if damaged)
- Report within 48 hours of delivery date
We Will:
- File claim with carrier
- Investigate within 5 business days
- Provide replacement or refund
- Compensate for cost
